Last year when we sold our home, we used Cynthia and it was a great experience. It wasn’t the right time for us to buy and she never pressured us into looking for something. When we were ready to buy a home again, we reached out to her because we knew she was the realtor we wanted to work with. Before buying our final home, we made an offer that was accepted on a little house we liked. Cynthia was present for the entire home inspection (several hours) and the attorney she recommended was quick and efficient at taking care of the paperwork needed. Based on the inspection report, we decided not to buy that house, but Cynthia never once guilted us or pressured us to change our minds. All the time and energy she had put in did not result in a sale, and yet she treated us with the same warmth and care as always. Again, there was no pressure from Cynthia to jump into buying another home after that. Two months later we asked her to show us a house that ended up being the one we bought. The process took a long time due to unresponsiveness of the sellers’ team, but Cynthia remained steady and never lost her cool, even when we were flustered and annoyed ourselves. The house needed a lot of work and Cynthia had connections with every kind of vendor we needed. Not only did she have names and numbers, she called people to come give us estimates for work and even met the vendor at the house when we were unable to be present! She went far above our expectations in this regard and it was because of this tenacity that we were able to get a sizable credit for all the repairs needed. Honestly, working with Cynthia felt like working with a family member. She is so sweet and personable, answering texts and calls at all times, calming our nerves or warning us about what to expect. It’s almost a shame that we won’t be needing to buy or sell for a long time to get the opportunity to work with her again, but she got us our forever home!
