My boyfriend and I had John Apicella as our realtor a couple of years ago to help us find an apartment to live in. We were searching throughout Union county and John took into account all of the aspects we were looking for. He got to know the two of us well and knew whether or not if we would enjoy living in the area/neighborhood. A couple of years later, we called back John to help us purchase our 1st home! He had great connections and helped us network to find our attorney, mortgage broker, & inspection company, which we were happy with ALL of them! He worked closely with them all to make this process as seamless and easy as possible for us. We used Cynthia to sell our house in Springfield, NJ. We interviewed several realtors. First realtor said to sell the house as is, she would list the house between $550K and $600K. Cynthia said she could sell it as is and list for about $625K, or put a little money in it and list for $700K. Her husband is a contractor so we asked for an estimate and timing on the upgrades. He gave us a price far below what we expected and was able to complete the work in about 3 weeks. Total cost was about $15K. Long story short, we listed the house for 719K and ended up selling for over $765K. Along the way, Cynthia guided us and handled everything. Obviously, we were very pleased with Cynthia, as she helped us get and extra $150K+ for the house, and along the way she was very responsive and easy to work with. She knows the market very well, provided very good guidance, and was very responsive. Also, her husband John was a very nice added bonus to do the work to maximize our value.
