I can’t say enough good things about Cynthia, John and their team. I met Cynthia at an open house years ago, when purchasing my property, and she sold me on the town of Springfield. I was moving from the city and was not familiar with the area. Her knowledge of the community and schools put my mind at ease and I knew this was the town I wanted to buy in! Years later I decided to list my property with Cynthia and her team. I had seen her sell several properties on my street, above list price, and knew that her knowledge of the community would put a buyer at ease, as it had me. Cynthia, John and team went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor and without them I do not believe I would have sold my property at the time I did. I had some personal life events going on shortly after I listed my property and Cynthia and team made the sales process run as smoothly as possible. Her husband is a contractor and was able to help with some prospective buyer quotes, which was completely unexpected. She also has a large number of local vendors contacts who were able to assist along the way. If I could give this team 10 stars I would and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area.
